Weekly wellness sessions designed to soothe the spirit and move the body—your midweek reset ritual.

Every Wednesday at 5:30PM, guests and neighbors gather on the Pool Lawn for a guided wellness experience — from easy stretches to mindful meditation. One hour for a midweek reset.

Programme Schedule:

March 4 - Basics 
March 11 - Hatha
March 18  - Stretch + Mindfulness
March 25 - Core

Yin x Yang
A quiet, slow-paced practice with postures held 1–5 minutes to target connective tissues. Gentle yet deep, Yin focuses on hips, pelvis & spine—perfect to balance more active yoga styles.

Stretch
Gentle, effective movements to release tension, improve flexibility & support healthy mobility. Focuses on tight spots like hips, shoulders & spine through dynamic and longer-held stretches.

Core
Build functional strength with poses that target your core. Benefits include better posture, a healthier back & strong foundations for arm balances and inversions.

Mindfulness 
Start small, stay present. Daily habits like mindful walking, eating, and even talking.
