We’re very excited to announce that the incredibly talented Ixta Belfrage will be joining us on April 9 for a one-night dinner in the private dining room at Decimo.

Ixta will be cooking recipes from her latest cookbook FUSÃO, bringing Brazilian flavours to the 10th Floor of The Standard, London. 

The dinner begins with papaya dip and plantain crisps and chilled avocado soup with spring onion oil. The table then fills with grilled bream in banana leaf with mango and malagueta butter, prawn pirão with okra salsa, crispy coconut rice, and cucumber with spring onion.
Dessert is passion fruit ganache with cacao and cinnamon crunch and burnt honey meringue, followed by passion fruit and malagueta granita served with a shot of mezcal.
