We start and end each day with a group movement class to connect to the body and find paths to more freedom of movement. Then, each day offers a one-on-one treatment designed to erase the signs of stress that cause us to look less than our best…Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation + B12 Boost, Shirodhara Scalp Massage and Triple Detox Ritual.
