Winter Solstice Bayside Karma Yoga
Join us as Standard Yogini Goddess, Christy McKenzie, lead a flowing and heartfelt class at sunset, while the bay breezes caress your skin and the ocean air enlivens your Spirit. Surrounded by fellow Yogis and the sound of rustling palm fronds we will gather together to celebrate life and mark the movement of the seasons with mindfulness, love, and celebration. This class will benefit the Animal Welfare Society of Miami. Suggested minimum $20 donation. Weather dependent.
