This blissful yoga and mindfulness experience will explore our auditory, olfactory, somatosensory, gustatory, proprioceptive, interoceptive, vestibular and visual senses in enjoyable,  relaxing flow.   

Enjoy a Vijnana-Bhairava-Tantric approach to allowing the 8 primary senses to serve as a portal for activating your awareness, intuition and inner balance. Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga, Therapeutic Sound and Multi-Sensory Meditations alchemize for a pleasurable and transportive yoga practice.
