Celebrate Summer Solstice with Yin Yoga
It is the Summer Solstice so let's celebrate. Solstice is a Latin term that means to "stand still." It is the time of year when the sun and earth meet each other in stillness. It is the longest day of the year (yang energy) and the shortest night (yin energy) therefore in order for us to balance out the yang energy of the earth we will have a slow, meditative practice where we balance out our energy and hold poses for 1-5 minutes. This is intended to nurture the body/mind connection, release and restructure our fascia, and set our nervous system into a parasympathetic state where it functions best.
$75 includes indoor baths afterward.
