A yoga workshop like no other. A blend of tantric and kundalini yoga, mixed with breath-work, sensual movement and exercises to awaken your Shakti energy. This particular yoga flow introduces you to the strength, power + awakening that lies within rebuilding + deepening the relationship with your sensual, sexual, Shakti energy. Through sensual movement + breath-work, you will have the space to explore your body, practice moving with intention + unleash your sensual energy in a safe and held space. Your unique energy houses the frequency codes that only YOU bring to this Earth. We all have differences, and so yoga is meant to be expressed differently through different individuals. The emphasis you have in life – on relating, sensuality, sexuality and emotions is a gift. Our energies are wonderfully complex & this workshop is an approach to yoga that complements & supports that, (not one that diminishes it or has us question our in-built authority).
