Join Amanda White for a 90 min class merging Slow Flow with Yin Yoga to target a major muscle group, our HIPS! We will add some mobility movement along with traditional asanas (postures) and longer hold times (Yin Yoga) in deep hip releasing poses to target our largest muscle group and joint. You will walk away feeling lighter with a bit more pep in your step.
