Piemonte: An Evening with Osteria 16 & Antenne Books

As part of our ongoing collaboration with Antenne Books, we will be hosting the launch of Piemonte, the new cookbook from Copenhagen’s cult-favourite Osteria 16.

Documenting a four-day culinary journey through Italy’s Piedmont region, Piemonte captures the people, places and produce that shaped the trip, from improvised countryside kitchens to family-run farms and long-table meals shared along the way.

To celebrate the launch, Osteria 16 founders Emil Alsbo and Morten Kaltoft will be in conversation about the making of the book, the stories behind its recipes, and their approach to food, travel and hospitality. The evening will conclude with an open Q&A, with first copies of Piemonte available to purchase on the night.
