With the celebration of Cinco de Mayo's roots in Puebla, this year we are partnering with Fernando Hernandez Ruiz of Moyuelo to create a dinner menu spotlighting the region's unique cuisine. 

Fernando honed his skills in fine dining kitchens across Mexico, the US and Europe, including at Martín Berasategui in San Sebastián, before returning to Mexico and opening a restaurant of his own. Gaining rapid acclaim, Fernando’s reverence for showcasing traditional Pueblan cooking is incredibly exciting and we can wait to welcome him here in London. 

For one night only on May 5, join us for a collaborative menu, flowing tequila, live music from 5pm and for those looking to continue the celebrations, a late-night salsa club in the restaurant from 11pm onwards.
