After Service returns to Jara We’re back with After Service, our Monday night gathering at Jara, created for those who like to start the week a little differently.
Each edition brings new faces behind the bar and in the kitchen, with flavors that only happen here.
This edition features:
Colocho, behind the bar with Solsticio Dorado, a warm and spiced cocktail made with Le Tribute gin and panettone-infused Cointreau.
Matías Nicolás Merenghetti from Los Pasajeros, serving his signature flatbread, including slow-cooked pork rib and foie with smoked sardine and apple chutney.
