General Terms & Conditions Accommodation Vouchers

• This voucher is valid for weekday stays (Sunday through Thursday) from March 1 to September 30, 2025.

• Supplement charge at THB 1,800/night for weekends (Friday, Saturday, Public Holidays), all room types

• Public Holidays are:

• 2025 August:
  Tuesday 11

• 2025 October:
  Thursday 23

• 2025 December:
  Wednesday 10

• Supplement charge at THB at THB 2,500/night for Long Holidays, Public Holidays, all room types

• • Public Holidays are:

    • 2025 October:

    • Saturday 11, Sunday 12, Monday 13

    • 2025 December:
      Friday 5, Saturday 6, Sunday 7 

• Supplement charge at THB 4,000/night for Festive all room types.

• Festive Seasons are:

• Food & Beverage Credit is applicable for all villas.

• Guests will receive a complimentary Not Your Standard Cocktail Hour at Praça from 3 - 4 PM daily when staying in the Villa. 

• The 3rd person extra charge is THB 1,800/night/room inclusive of breakfast, and you can stay only in Suites and Villas except for Canopy Villa.

• Kids below 6 years old stay for free, including breakfast, and it does not include an extra bed.

• Kids between 6-11 years old will be charged THB 400.- /person/night and share an existing bed. 

• Kids between 6-11 years old will be charged THB 900.- /person/night, including breakfast. (Extra bed/Sofa Bed, subject to availability)

• Baby cot is available upon request (subject to availability)

• Additional charge for dinner (Staycation package) at THB 1,000.- per person (food only)

• • **Room includes a Pet Package voucher that covers the pet fee for one dog or cat only.**

  • **The pet fee for another dog or cat is THB 1,500.- /room/night with maximum 2 pets/room.**

  • **A discount for the pet fee is available for purchases made with a hotel and event at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) only.**

  • **Pets can stay only in Standard Rooms and villas—please contact the hotel with queries. Villas can accommodate a maximum of 2 pets, up to 20 kg each.**

• The validity of expired vouchers cannot be extended. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be redeemable to cash. 

• A minimum 7-day advance reservation is required and subject to hotel availability.

• The Room voucher rates include tax and service charges but do not include the additional booking and transaction fees applied by Megatix.
