Hugo’s super friendly and knows his way around the hotel better than most. He waltzes in with his signature smile, greets everyone he meets, and always makes sure you feel welcome. A regular social butterfly. Hugo’s a charmer and knows exactly how to make friends with those big puppy-dog eyes.
