Job Purpose
As a Guest Service Agent, you will not only delight our guests, but also excite them, taking them out of their comfort zone while taking care of them. From the moment our guests step through our doors, you will be responsible for a seamless arrival and departure experience, extensive reception services as well as assisting them with their queries and unexpressed wishes.
The Guest Service Agent provides information on hotel services and most importantly, make our guests feel welcome. Finally, and most importantly you will ensure all guest charges are processed correctly to guests’ accounts and invoices are accurate.
