We stretched National Cocktail Week into something worth lingering over, bringing together seven of New York’s most celebrated bars for a city-spanning moment that felt equal parts collaboration and showcase. To mark the debut of the menu, we hosted an industry night that gathered some of the city’s sharpest bartenders and mixologists.
