Join Ewa and Janet for an evening of yoga, mantra chanting, and hypnotic sound healing. We start and end with Nada Yoga - the healing power of music with gifted vocalist Janet Isabelli. In between a magic Yoga Flow with both teachers, followed by a Hypnotic Sound Healing in savasana, led by Ewa Josefsson.
