Primary Functions:
- Master the art of VIP pampering and craft experiences that are more personalized than a superhero’s suit.
- Be the social butterfly of the FOH, fluttering from guest to guest, leaving a trail of smiles.
- Dive into detective mode with guest profile research, ensuring every VIP feels like the star of the show.
- Strategize room upgrades like a chess grandmaster, always thinking three moves ahead for our VIPs.
- Conduct VIP room walkthroughs with the precision of a ninja, collaborating with departments to ensure perfection.
- Educate fellow FOH departments with the wisdom of a sage, ensuring everyone’s in the loop on VIP arrivals.
- Harness the power of Cendyn’s guest intelligence platform to create surprise & delight moments that pop like confetti!
- Be the VIP whisperer, the point person for all their wishes, making dreams come true across all Standard realms.
- Join forces with the Standard GEM team, shining bright like a diamond in guest experience management.
- Inspect the lobby and public areas with an eagle eye, ensuring everything sparkles like a gem.
- Anticipate guest needs with the foresight of a fortune teller, ensuring every request is met with a high-five from the universe.
- Deliver service so genuine, professional, and flexible, it’s like doing the limbo under a rainbow.
- Keep quality standards sky-high, because at The Standard, we aim for the stars!
- Monitor guest social media like a tech-savvy wizard, using insights to turbocharge their stay.
