Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities:

·       Maintain effective communication and relations with supervisors.

·       To check all receiving items.

·       To ensure that Receiving process are properly conduct as per policy and procedure.

·       To ensure that receiving transaction are completely and timely recorded in the system.

·       To ensure that all receiving items are in a good condition and exact quality/quantity required.

·       Reports: Ensure all bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly reports are sent regularly and in a timely manner.

·       File maintenance: Maintain and keep all financial file ensuring compliance with the local and federal laws.

·       Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor. 

 

Requirements:  

·       Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School "O" Level, "N" Level or higher / Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage / Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.

·       Effectively communicate with colleagues and management.

·       Ability to multitask, work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
