STARTER
Good Egg, Bad Egg
Jammy ramen egg wrapped in shoyu chicken, fried golden, resting on curry hollandaise. A little chaos on a plate.

NAUGHTY
The Sinner's Rib
Beef that spent 30 hours in spa mode, glazed in honey miso, charred over binchotan. Sweet, salty, smoky — basically Japan's answer to Christmas BBQ.

Santa's Pudding
Hojicha panna cotta, matcha dirt, candied chestnuts. Because even Santa needs caffeine (and a little mischief).

Tinsel Nightcap
Hendrick’s Gin, mulled wine, red berries shrub, elderflower liqueur, pink guava

NICE
The Saint's Roast
A whole chicken bathed in ocean fire, brined in smoky burnt bonito, kissed by binchotan. Righteous, but make it delicious.

Pure as Snow
Sake-soaked tiramisu with yuzu azuki and sake kasu mascarpone. A boozy, snowy night in dessert form.
