This intimate, one-night-only experience features a thoughtfully curated menu by Chef Seadon Shouse of Halifax Hoboken, designed to complement and elevate a selection of Jesse Katz’s exceptional wines.
Throughout the evening, guests will be guided through each pairing, with insights and storytelling from Jesse himself—offering a rare opportunity to experience the wines through the lens of the winemaker. Each course highlights seasonal ingredients and refined technique, creating a seamless dialogue between food and wine.
