In the first part of this workshop Neelou will facilitate breathwork, incorporating a two-part approach of a breath and an exhale. It's as simple as it is transformational and works to restore the healthy flow of Qi in our bodies. Next, Nicole will follow with somatic therapy, including energy transmission, and Reiki.
