Ashtanga Inspired: “Eight Limb Path” inspired by Sri K Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. This intense method involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive sequence of precise postures, producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light-strong body and a calm mind.

Core Yoga: Core Yoga is an intense style of yoga that focuses on building strength in the core muscles. Besides strengthening the core, this type of yoga is also great for bringing awareness into your body and improving your mental well-being. In this class we combine elements of power vinyasa  yoga, basic core exercises and deep stretching.

Evening Yoga: Wind down and return to center with this all-level Vinyasa flow linking breath and movement.

Gentle Yoga: The perfect class to de-stress and open the body. This slow and calming sequence is designed to release tension, improve mobility and clear your mind. The gentle moves combined with the breath will leave you feeling rejuvenated and with a sense of inner peace.

Group Fitness: Get in a pulse pumping 60-minute bootcamp every Wednesday & Friday. These  classes focus on your unique level, providing the experience of a private session within a group environment. Whether you’re looking to increase strength, improve endurance, or maintain an active lifestyle, we will meet you where you are in your fitness journey. It’s never too late to start, so get your fitness on starting...now!

Improv Vinyasa: This class is designed to constantly challenge you in fresh ways. Expect the structure and attention to detail of Ashtanga sequenced into a flowing Vinyasa. Perfect for all levels.

Iyengar Yoga: This class is designed to create mobility, strength, and endurance. Cultivate a personalized practice and reap the benefits of peace of body and mind.

Pilates Mat: Pilates is active stretching - while toning and shaping your waistline, pilates exercises simultaneously release jammed areas in the hips, low back and your entire spine. This class will pay special attention to releasing neck and shoulder tension while helping to create a lovely toned upper body and strong, shapely arms. A variety of props will be used including the magic circle, the mini-barrel, small hand-weights and foam rollers. Be ready to work hard, work deep and have fun!

Power Yoga: These classes are intended for practitioners looking to explore the depths of their Yoga practice with advanced balancing, mobility, and vinyasa sequencing. You can expect to develop advanced core and stabilizing strength with each class. In addition, each class will end with a short restorative sequence leaving you refreshed and revitalized for the day ahead.

Sadhana Yoga: Sadhana classes awaken the Soul to greater truths and divine love. They inspire deeper awareness of the spirit and your inner world, and help you in meeting the challenges of daily life. Sadhana is the heart of the yoga practice. This class includes Kirtan chanting, soulful and dynamic asanas, meditation, and time for dharma inquiry (questions about the path and practice) and sharing means exploring and realizing truths in this gathering. Kirtan chanting opens the heart, asanas open the energetic body, and insightful meditation cultivates our natural wisdom and compassion. Please share in the celebration of life, love, and the enduring spirit.

Sunrise Yoga: Sun salute! Wake up your energy and experience the many benefits of daily yoga practice. Start your day with yoga. Enjoy a creative, fluid practice of an open level Vinyasa with sequences linking breath and movement.

Tai Chi: Discover the art of "meditation in motion" through tai chi. This holistic practice uses gentle movements, dynamic stretching, and a deep focus on self-awareness. Embrace the unification of mind, body, and spirit, leading to a relaxed, grounded state. With practice, you will unlock enhanced body awareness and improved balance, strength, flexibility, posture, focus, and resilience to life's stressors. No special clothing is necessary.

Yoga Ceremony: Yoga Ceremony is a connected journey as medicine. We awaken through conscious movement, direct energetics, powerful breath work, and meditative sound. Each session is approached with reverence for our bodies as cosmic temples, allowing us to honor and listen to the inner space. Yoga Ceremony will always close with a meditative sound bath; soothe your nervous system and ground your soul.
