  8. Can I produce a photoshoot at your property?

    If you are looking for a Commercial photoshoots (film & still) at The Standard, Ibiza, please be aware that they are not permitted anywhere in & around the property without approval via email from Marketing. If approved, all fees will be included in a Location Agreement which must be signed and returned with a COI. Please contact ibiza@standardhotels.com with any inquiries.

  12. Are there ice machines on the floor?

    The Standard, Ibiza does not provide ice machines, however the team are just a call away and ice can be delivered at no cost to your room in a matter of minutes.

    Looking for a room with a tub at The Standard, Ibiza? You are in luck as our suites have tubs - this also includes a couple of suites at Casa Privada.

  14. Do you provide complimentary umbrellas?

    The Standard, Ibiza provides complimentary umbrellas to guests when they need one - simply pick one up at the front desk. 

  15. Is there a laundry facility?

    The Standard, Ibizae provides laundry service on-site.

  16. What is the hotel's pet policy?

    The Standard, Ibiza is not a pet friendly hotel.

  17. Can someone come & empty my mini bar ?

    If you would like to amend your mini bar at The Standard, Ibiza, we can empty or adapt your mini bar as you require. Simply contact our guest services team ahead to time to provide your preferences.

  18. Where is the fitness center?

    The fitness center at The Standard, Ibiza is located at floor -1. Please keep in mind that in order to access the gym, a guest room key will be required.

  19. What is the city tax? & Can I opt out of paying the tax?

    Wondering what the city tax is when you book at The Standard, Ibiza? The city tax is a tax of 4.40 euros per person per night that has to be paid as it is government imposed and therefore mandatory fee for all visitors to Ibiza. However keep in mind that if your stay is for over 9 nights long, you get a reduced rate of 2.20 euros per person, per night.

  22. Do we need to schedule activities before arrival?

    It is recommended you book your activities ahead of time, specially for reservations off-site, some particular seasons can be busy and you might find it hard to confirm activities last minute

  23. Do you have a kid's club or kid's activities?

    The Standard, Ibiza is an adults-only hotel, with the exeption of Casa Privada.

  24. What type of views do you have?

    The Standard, Ibiza offers some of the best views in Ibiza, including Vara del Rey, one of the most beautifiul streets in Ibiza, unbeteable views to Dalt Vila, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and views to our tropical vertical gardens

  26. Do you have a rooftop bar?

    The Standard, Ibiza has one of the only rooftops in the city center with pool, chaise lounges and restaurant service.

  27. Are you on the beach?

    The Standard, Ibiza is located in the heart of the city centre and next to the Marina, while our location is not by the beach, the nearest beach is a mere 5 minutes taxi ride away.

  28. What are the nearest attractions?

    There are amazing attractions around The Standard Ibiza, as we are located in the heart of the city center in a vibrant area full of shopping, bars and restaurants, we are steps away from Dalt Vila, a UNESCO World Heritage SIte that comprises a historical fortress, incredible viewpoints, museums and beautiful cobled strteets; just a block away we have the Port for water activities, boat charters and the Ferry station to Formentera. We are also close to the Yachting Marina and some of the most renowned nightclubs and high-end shopping are 1.5kms away. The closest beach is Talamanca a mere 2km from our location.

  30. Does my room include breakfast?

    Breakfast at The Standard, Ibiza is not included in all reservations. You can add breakfast to your reservation when you are booking online: simply select the breakfast rate, or any other offer that includes breakfast in the description. If you haven't had the chance to do so before you arrive, don't worry as you may order breakfast at Jara as well that offers a delicious a la carte breakfast menu as well.

  1. Will The Standard, Ibiza share my personal information?

    The Standard, Ibiza never shares personal information as our team aims to offer a new type of holiday built around freedom and intimacy and we are always guided by these values, starting with the way we treat your personal information.

  2. As a guest of Casa Privada, can i use the hotel's installations?

    Casa Privada guests are still part of The Standard, Ibiza and as such, have full access to any public space inside of our hotel.

  3. Can hotel guests enter Casa Privada during my stay?

    That's exactly what makes Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza so special, as only you (and whoever you want to let in) will have access to Casa Privada during your stay 

  4. Is there a 24 hour Room Service offer?

    Looking for 24hr room service at Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza? You can upgrade your stay by buying one of the experience packages that will offer a night menu.

  5. With whom do I sign the rental contract?

    You always sign your rental contract for Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza with our sales team. A copy of the signed contract is sent to you on request.

    Each rental in Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza includes a cleaning service during your stay, a mid-week linen change and a concierge service that will organise your holiday and create bespoke experiences for you. They will also have access to the hotel's amenities: restaurant, pool and gym.

    We are happy to organise any bespoke service not already included in your booking, from a transfer to a chef prepared meal. Please note that there is an additional charge for bespoke services.

  10. I've accepted the offer. Is my booking confirmed?

    Your booking for Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza is confirmed as soon as the contract has been signed and the deposit has been received.

  11. Is the Concierge & Guest Experience Services included in the rate?

    The concierge and Guest Experience service for Casa Privada guests at The Standard, Ibiza is provided by our Guest Experience team is included in the cost of your booking. This includes all the work we do to gather information and create your experiences; you will only be charged a supplement for the provision of the service or experience by our partners.

    Please don’t hesitate to let us know your wishes so that we can explore different options. We will then present you with one or more proposals and quotations so that you can make your choice freely and accept or reject our suggestions.

  13. When is my experience advisor available?

    The Experience Advisor team for Casa Privada guests at The Standard, Ibiza will be available at the hotel from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 am. Outside these times you can contact by e-mail to ibiza.guestexperience@standardhotels.com or by WhatsApp. Please note a 24-hour concierge service can be added at an extra cost.

  14. How can I book your services and experiences?

    Once you have your booking confirmation for Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza, our concierge and experiences team will contact you by e-mail to discuss your holiday requirements and wishes. You can then contact them at any time by telephone, whatsapp or e-mail with new ideas or questions.

  15. Payment methods

    Casa Privada guests at The Standard, Ibiza have two payment options: if you book via the website, you will not pay anything the moment of the reservation, however, 30 days before your arrival you will be charged the full amount of your stay. On the other hand, if you go through our fantastic sales team, you will need to secure your reservation by paying 50% of your stay the moment you sign the contract, and the remaining 50% 90 days before the day of your arrival. This does not mean that all you pay will not be paid back if you cancel within the cancellation period. 

  16. Who will be there to welcome me?

    You will always be welcomed to Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza by a member of our team, who checks and prepares your accommodation before each new arrival. 

  17. Can I arrive at Casa Privada before check-in time or leave after check-out time?

    If you are looking to arrive or depart from Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza ourside of our usual check in and check out timings, please contact our Sales Team at ibiza.sales@standardhotels.com. Please note extra costs may apply and it will be subject to availability.

  18. There is a problem with, or damage to, the property on arrival. What should I do?

    If you arrive to Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza and find a problem that was not noticed during our inspection, please contact us. We will then be able to note the problem as soon as possible and find a solution.

  19. When will the house be cleaned?

    The House at Casa Privada will be cleaned every two days, with a daily service for all entertainment areas as well as a quick clean up of the rooms. Sheets and towels will be replaced every three days 

  20. When will the deposit be paid back?

    The deposit for Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza will be released upon check-out, depending on your bank it can take up to a month for the bank to reflect the full amount.

  21. How much is the deposit?

    There will be a daily deposit for Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza of 1500 EUR to be authorized to one single card 

  22. Can I bring my own guests to Casa Privada?

    Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza is yours for as long as you reserve it for, and as the name indicates it is your private home so treat as such. We encourage everyone to have a good time but always have in mind that the responsability of your home will be solely yours.

  24. What F&B options do i have?

    As a guest of The Standard, Ibiza you can use all our F&B outlets on top of all the tailor made experiences our Guest Experience team has ready for you!

  25. Is the Parking on-site?

    There is a private valet parking at The Standard, Ibiza, which can be used by Casa Privada guests.

  26. The hotel is adults only, what about Casa Privada?

    We do allow children at Casa Privada, our interconnecting rooms make it perfect for families to enjoy our property all while having a great time. 

  27. Who do i contact if i need someone assitance in the middle of the night?

    The front desk at Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza is available 24 hours 7 days a week 365 days a year.

  28. Can i bring my own staff?

    The hotel staff of Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza will be the only people allowed in the service areas apart from the guest itself 

  29. What services and exclusive spaces do i have at Casa Privada?

    Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza has several private spaces for you and your friends to enjoy! on the entertainment building of Casa Privada you can find: A Wellness Room for you to relax after a night out, a Zen Space to calm your mind and body, a Library Lounge that has very little library and a lot of Lounge to pump everyone up before hitting the clubs, and a rooftop bar with the most beautiful view of Dalt Vila. 

  30. Do you accept pets?

    Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza is not pet friendly. Even though we all love animals at The Standard, Ibiza, we are still a city hotel, and we want everyone comfortable, even our furry friends. so for their own safety we prefer to not have them in the property.

  31. Do you offer transfer service?

    Casa Privada at The Standard, Ibiza has a transfer service at no cost (conditions apply, only for bookings of Plaza Suite and above) .

  32. Is there Valet Parking?

    Casa Privada guests at The Standard, Ibiza can use our privatized parking with an additional cost of 25 EUR per night.
