For this exclusive pop-up at UP Rooftop, Chef Stikxz brings a menu that balances bold island flavours with modern technique, offering a distinctive take on Jamaican cooking through the lens of one of New York's most exciting culinary voices.

As part of this collaboration, four signature dishes will be available on the regular à la carte menu:

• Jerk Grilled Head-On Prawn, Aji Verde & Escovitch
• Mussels, Grilled Sourdough, Peppa' Sauce & Chives
• Rum BBQ Pork Belly, Charred Scallion Aioli, Shiso & Fried Shallots
