A gastronomic experience born from the meeting of two chefs, two perspectives, and one shared passion.
“A Cuatro Manos” is an event that celebrates collaborative creativity through a unique tasting menu in each edition. On this occasion, we welcome Alberto Pacheco, chef of Es Fumeral Ibiza, who together with our chef Didac Ortega has created a menu inspired by Ibizan cuisine, with a contemporary and urban approach, where produce, the sea, and seasonality take center stage.
The menu will consist of 13 courses plus dessert, conceived as a journey that evolves from dish to dish, combining technique, flavor, and storytelling. Designed to be shared.
