“A Cuatro Manos” es un evento que celebra la creatividad compartida a través de un menú degustación único en cada edición. En esta ocasión, recibimos a Alberto Pacheco, chef de Es Fumeral Ibiza, quien junto a nuestro chef Didac Ortega han creado un menú inspirado en la cocina ibicenca, con un enfoque contemporáneo y urbano, donde el producto, el mar y la estacionalidad son los grandes protagonistas.

El menú estará compuesto por 13 pases más postre, concebidos como un recorrido que evoluciona plato a plato, combinando técnica, sabor y narrativa. Todo pensado para compartir.

“A Cuatro Manos” is an event that celebrates collaborative creativity through a unique tasting menu in each edition. On this occasion, we welcome Alberto Pacheco, chef of Es Fumeral Ibiza, who together with our chef Didac Ortega has created a menu inspired by Ibizan cuisine, with a contemporary and urban approach, where produce, the sea, and seasonality take center stage.

The menu will consist of 13 courses plus dessert, conceived as a journey that evolves from dish to dish, combining technique, flavor, and storytelling. Designed to be shared.
