Position Summary

The F&B Attendant supports the Food & Beverage team in delivering excellent guest service across the restaurant, breakfast area, bar, events, and banqueting operations. This position is ideal for students seeking practical experience in hospitality while developing customer service and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service

  • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist with serving food and beverages.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
  • Contribute to a positive guest experience.

Restaurant & Event Setup

  • Prepare dining areas before service.
  • Assist with buffet setup and replenishment.
  • Ensure service stations remain clean and stocked.
  • Support banquet and event operations as required.
  • Cleaning & Hygiene
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Assist with end-of-shift cleaning duties.

Teamwork

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from F&B and Kitchen teams.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
  • Participate in team briefings when scheduled.

Requirements

  • Student status required.
  • Hospitality experience is an asset.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good communication skills in French and/or English.
