TU MISIÓN

Como 2º responsable de Servicios Técnicos, serás una pieza clave para garantizar que nuestro hotel funcione de forma impecable. Trabajarás mano a mano con el responsable e Servicios Técnicos para asegurar el correcto mantenimiento de las instalaciones, liderar la operativa técnica diaria y garantizar que cada espacio de The Standard Ibiza mantenga los más altos estándares de calidad, seguridad y experiencia para nuestros huéspedes.

Buscamos una persona resolutiva, organizada y con pasión por el mantenimiento hotelero, capaz de combinar conocimientos técnicos, liderazgo operativo y una auténtica orientación al detalle.

 

¿QUÉ HARÁS?

• Ayudarás a gestionar la planta física del hotel, incluyendo equipos, sistemas de refrigeración y climatización, piscinas, fontanería, tratamiento de agua y sistemas eléctricos.
• Colaborarás en garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y de los estándares de seguridad de las instalaciones.
• Coordinarás y supervisarás órdenes de trabajo de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, asegurando la calidad y el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
• Supervisarás habitaciones, zonas públicas y restaurantes para garantizar su perfecto estado.
• Participarás junto al responsable de Servicios Técnicos en el desarrollo y ejecución del plan de mantenimiento preventivo , correctivo y predictivo del hotel.
• Revisarás junto con el responsable del departamento el estado físico de los equipos e instalaciones.
• Colaborarás en la gestión y control del material inventariado, repuestos y equipos.
• Apoyarás en la gestión del equipo técnico y en su formación.

 

LO QUE BUSCAMOS EN TI

• Formación técnica relacionada con mantenimiento, electricidad, instalaciones o similar.
• Experiencia previa en departamentos de mantenimiento, preferiblemente en hoteles o entornos de alta exigencia y orientación al detalle.
• Conocimientos de electricidad, climatización, fontanería y mantenimiento general de instalaciones.
• Capacidad para organizar tareas, priorizar incidencias y trabajar bajo presión.
• Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y orientado al detalle.
• Habilidades de trabajo en equipo y liderazgo operativo.

YOUR MISSION

As Assistant Technical Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our hotel operates flawlessly. Working closely with the Technical Services Manager, you will help ensure the proper maintenance of all facilities, support the day-to-day technical operation, and guarantee that every corner of The Standard Ibiza meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest experience.

We are looking for a solution-oriented, organized professional with a passion for hotel maintenance, capable of combining technical expertise, operational leadership, and a genuine attention to detail.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist in managing the hotel's physical infrastructure, including equipment, HVAC and refrigeration systems, swimming pools, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems.
• Help ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and facility safety standards.
• Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work orders, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
• Oversee guest rooms, public areas, and restaurants to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
• Support the Technical Services Manager in developing and implementing the hotel's preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans.
• Review the condition of equipment and facilities together with the department manager and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the management and control of inventory materials, spare parts, and technical equipment.
• Support the management, training, and development of the technical team.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Technical training in Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Previous experience in maintenance departments, preferably within hotels or other fast-paced, high-standard environments.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple demands under pressure.
• A proactive, hands-on, and solutions-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to provide operational leadership.
