London - London Reservations Manager

      The Standard, London’s Reservations Manager is responsible for ensuring the ultimate guest experience begins with a simple phone call or email. This role manages the daily operations of the Reservations department. This include controlling
      room inventory, tracking trends, occupancy history and maintaining the RMS system in conjunction with the Director of Revenue Management.
      The Reservations Manager will hire, train, and regularly communicate with the team of reservation agents.


      You must be able to demonstrate the following:
      • A proven track record in a management role with the ability to inspire, motivate and manage

      • Highly motivated and pro-active; act with professionalism and positivity in all interactions

      • Ability to deliver high and consistent service standards

      • Ability to develop and deliver effective training

      • Minimum of 2 years reservations experience, minimum of 2 years management experience, preferably in boutique/lifestyle hotel sector

      • Opening experience preferred

      • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills; fluent in English


      Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
