ANIMO Summer Sessions

This summer, ANIMO and The Standard, Brussels come together for a rooftop movement session overlooking the city. 

Wednesday, August 12 — Sunset Move, 7PM | Eclipse Edition

End your day with an energetic Sunset Move on an evening when the sky puts on a show. Expect a 50-minute dynamic mat Pilates class followed by a complimentary drink at Lila29 and the opportunity to connect with the community.

Saturday August 15 — Sunrise Flow, 9AM

Kick off your weekend with a revitalising Sunrise Flow. Expect a 50-minute session combining movement, mindful energy and sweeping skyline views, followed by a complimentary drink and the opportunity to connect with the community.

Join us free of charge and experience movement above the city. Spaces are limited so registration is required.
