MarkMark Springle

is a yoga teacher and integrative wellness coach. Mark creates a safe space for students to remove their masks in order to mine their subconscious and elemental selves.  Asanas are treated as destinations on a journey to self-awareness and the breath is emphasized as the primary tool for self-discovery and self-acceptance. As the body is strengthened and purified, the mind moves towards stillness and clarity.  His holographic approach encourages students to make their practice a form of self-communion. By employing the wisdom of proven techniques (breath work, meditation, and positive thinking), along with more contemporary disciplines (psychology and nutrition), integrative wellness coaching enables students to achieve a deeper self-awareness.  Body image, eating habits, relationship difficulties, professional frustrations, and negative patterns are all examined as student search for the answer within.
