Alexandra Santos

delivers an extraordinary experience in the Ashtanga practice through a detailed class that emphasizes posture, breathing and mind-spirit connection.She gives students a dynamic class that detoxifies the body, calms the mind and enhances the senses. She is especially unique paying careful attention to each of her students and their specific needs, adjusting and educating them on key wellness issues such as balanced nutrition, physical health,meditation and Karma Yoga. These lessons help students reach their full potential, both on and off the mat! 

 

 

DianaArianne Traverso

Her goal is simple: help people achieve their goals with a lighthearted approach. With over 5 years experience teaching as a dynamic Ashtanga-Vinyasa and AcroYoga instructor, Arianne focuses on the healing aspects of yoga to unleash the inner monkey. The broad horizon of her experience infuses her classes with fun, laughter and a sense that one can achieve anything. Arianne's expertise in Yoga, Acrobatics and Thai Massage help students to build their own well-balanced understanding of the practice through the use of clear, technical teaching skills, compassionate adjustments, and intuitive body awareness.

 

   

AlexCarol Garabedian

an Anusara-Inspired Yoga teacher, has been practicing yoga since 1986. Carol’s commitment to yoga and love of movement, having been a dancer and teacher for many years, led her to begin studying Anusara Yoga in 2003 with John Friend, founder of Anusara Yoga. Inspired by Anusara Yoga’s Tantric yoga philosophy and powerful Universal Principles of Alignment, Carol has found greater expansion in her practice and teaching. Carol’s goal is to create an opportunity for students to experience a deeper and vaster space within, enabling them to open their hearts and connect with their inner power and wisdom.

 

MichaelChristy Nones

a certified Anusara® yoga teacher, has been a student of yoga since 1988 and teaching since 2000. A classically trained Homeopath and long-time dancer, she is enthusiastic about the healing and therapeutic aspects of the Anusara® yoga method. With an extensive background in spiritual/religious studies and a B.A. in comparative religions she gains profound inspiration from the Tantric philosophy of Anusara® yoga and offers its elegant wisdom in delightfully practical ways. She teaches workshops locally and internationally, furthering her studies by assisting John Friend, founder of Anusara® Yoga, and studying with other top teachers.

 

Dianna Braginton-Smith

A STOTT PILATES ® certified instructor in Mat + Cadillac + Chair + Reformer work, Dianna has over 9 years of Pilates teaching experience with movement sequence re-patterning + is a firm believer in the healing power of conscious breathing + present centered awareness. With a dedicated focus on bringing form + strength + stability into harmony with flexibility + fluid mobility + a dynamic breath pattern, she targets individual postural issues, putting together a whole body exercise program to bring the body back into reconnected, integral alignment + and restore you balance of power.

 

 

Guilherme Arashiro

is a third generation Japanese (Sansei) born and raised in Sao Paulo- City, Brazil. His passion for Martial Art initiated at the age of 11 when he started taking Tae-kwon-do classes inspired by his family and friends. Although Arashiro started competing Tae-kwon-Do at a very early age, 8 years later he became a Black Belt and was ready for another challenges. Within 5 years into the sport, Arashiro received his Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt by his master Ryan Gracie.

 

 

Jason Lawner

has been an active athlete his entire life, thriving on the challenge and discipline that physical exercise demands. After years of intense training Jason found himself plagued by nagging injuries that prevented him from competing and training as he was used to. Having first-hand experience of the body’s incredible capacity to heal itself quickly by applying The Universal Principles of Alignment® taught in Anusara Yoga®, Jason is proof of the resilience of the human spirit and the healing power of yoga. He has studied Anusara Yoga® extensively with John Friend, Jordan Bloom, Desirée Rambaugh, as well as many others

 

Jaya

is Sanskrit for victory...a daily practice using the power of the breath can purify and illuminate the truths of our soul ...We share one heart, one consciousness and one divine source. We create space in yoga for the acquisition of higher knowledge and an understanding from the inside out. The process of liberation thru vinyasa movements allow obstacles to become opportunities. Jaya has come to learn that each yogi/yogini has a different reason for why they get on their yoga mats. Keith Darby                                              

Fitness spokesman and South Florida Commercial real estate broker balances his successful real estate career while enjoying a healthy active lifestyle.  Since relocating to Miami in 2003, he embraced South Florida’s climate to take advantage of kiteboarding, wakeboarding, surfing, and beach volleyball. Keith has built strong relationships through commercial real estate and with other top South Florida entrepreneurs while staying active in the community with a variety of charitable organizations including a lifestyle network he built in Miami Beach.

 

 

 

Mateo Lizarazo

Chakra Flow and Vinyasa-Inspired yoga teacher & RYT 200, Mateo Lizarazo currently resides in Miami Beach, teaching at venues all around the Miami area. Deeply rooted in the eastern folk and culture, his primary inspirations include teachers of the Jivamukti and Ashtanga tradition. His love and studies in music, dance and devotional chanting also influence his teachings.  His classes are celebration of life, kindness and self-acceptance.

 

 

 

Narween Otto

Of Vietnamese and Australian ancestry, Narween Otto has been a student of yoga since 1995 and completed her first formal yoga teacher training in Los Angeles at City Yoga in 2002. Narween teaches Power Vinyasa Yoga w/Alignment, Roll & Restore Yoga, Meditation and Pilates (both apparatus and mat). Her clear, detailed and lighthearted teaching style comes from a deep respect for both the importance of working with physical precision and the power of the heart to transform our experience. Narween enjoys helping men and women stretch and strengthen their bodies and minds in support of their own unique journey of the spirit.

 

Raul Dorticos

Raul Dorticos is a professional fitness trainer with more than 15 years of experience and a strong background in kettlebell training. He is also trained in various martial art styles such as Wing-Chun, Tai-Chi Chuan and Yi-Chuang. Raul is the creator of Bala, a high energy class that mixes kettlebell drills and other techniques in a superb whole body and cardio-vascular workout. 

 

 

 

Sensei Donato

spent most of his life training martial arts, like Wing Chun Kung Fu, Capoeira, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Krav Maga and Kyokushin Karate Do. Budokon has enabled him to combine his passions for Martial Arts and Yoga in one sustainable, compassionate, no-violent, non-competitive practice, which has elevated his skills and character. His teaching style is playful and engaging while still keeping students motivated to reach their highest potential, threading different philosophical messages in every class.

 

 

Viktoria Telek

Fitness Expert, Model, Lifestyle Consultant and Commercial Real Estate Broker, incorporates living a healthy, fit and active lifestyle into her everyday life.   Viktoria has spent over 8 years in the fitness/health club arena and believes in order to be consistent and effectively live an active lifestyle it is essential to find activities that you are passionate about and enjoy.A former athlete, Viktoria is a trained boxer, runner & dancer. She also enjoys beach volleyball, swimming, biking, wakeboarding, surfing, tennis, kite surfing, SUP (stand-up paddle boarding), yoga, snowboarding, and golf.
