Alexandra Santos
delivers an extraordinary experience in the Ashtanga practice through a detailed class that emphasizes posture, breathing and mind-spirit connection.She gives students a dynamic class that detoxifies the body, calms the mind and enhances the senses. She is especially unique paying careful attention to each of her students and their specific needs, adjusting and educating them on key wellness issues such as balanced nutrition, physical health,meditation and Karma Yoga. These lessons help students reach their full potential, both on and off the mat!
Amanda Harris
is known for her passionate positive approach to life in all that she does. Her teaching style offers a dynamic blend of classic vinyasa yoga mixed with a true to life personal theme, allowing her students to leave the class knowing a little more about themselves and their karmic footprint on the world. Amanda’s intention is to share the practice of yoga and meditation so that people from all ways of life can relate and feel welcome. She offers this sacred practice in a non-conforming and completely accepting way.
Arianne Traverso
Her goal is simple: help people achieve their goals with a lighthearted approach. With over 5 years experience teaching as a dynamic Ashtanga-Vinyasa and AcroYoga instructor, Arianne focuses on the healing aspects of yoga to unleash the inner monkey. The broad horizon of her experience infuses her classes with fun, laughter and a sense that one can achieve anything. Arianne's expertise in Yoga, Acrobatics and Thai Massage help students to build their own well-balanced understanding of the practice through the use of clear, technical teaching skills, compassionate adjustments, and intuitive body awareness.
Carol Garabedian
an Anusara-Inspired Yoga teacher, has been practicing yoga since 1986. Carol’s commitment to yoga and love of movement, having been a dancer and teacher for many years, led her to begin studying Anusara Yoga in 2003 with John Friend, founder of Anusara Yoga. Inspired by Anusara Yoga’s Tantric yoga philosophy and powerful Universal Principles of Alignment, Carol has found greater expansion in her practice and teaching. Carol’s goal is to create an opportunity for students to experience a deeper and vaster space within, enabling them to open their hearts and connect with their inner power and wisdom.
Christy Nones
a certified Anusara® yoga teacher, has been a student of yoga since 1988 and teaching since 2000. A classically trained Homeopath and long-time dancer, she is enthusiastic about the healing and therapeutic aspects of the Anusara® yoga method. With an extensive background in spiritual/religious studies and a B.A. in comparative religions she gains profound inspiration from the Tantric philosophy of Anusara® yoga and offers its elegant wisdom in delightfully practical ways. She teaches workshops locally and internationally, furthering her studies by assisting John Friend, founder of Anusara® Yoga, and studying with other top teachers.

Dashi Chu Kocica
is certified in TriYoga® and is a China-certified Instructor in Lian Gong and Zhineng Qigong. “Cross training” in Qigong, Taiji and yoga has given Dashi a unique insight into the fundamentals of mind-body integration and energy movement. She explains in simple terms what “Qi” is and why it is important to one’s health and well-being. In her workshops her goal is to teach her students how to relax body and mind, how to synchronize movement with the breath, so they can experience movement as a blissful flow of energy through the body.
Guilherme Arashiro
is a third generation Japanese (Sansei) born and raised in Sao Paulo- City, Brazil. His passion for Martial Art initiated at the age of 11 when he started taking Tae-kwon-do classes inspired by his family and friends. Although Arashiro started competing Tae-kwon-Do at a very early age, 8 years later he became a Black Belt and was ready for another challenges. Within 5 years into the sport, Arashiro received his Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt by his master Ryan Gracie.
Jaya
is Sanskrit for victory...a daily practice using the power of the breath can purify and illuminate the truths of our soul ...We share one heart, one consciousness and one divine source. We create space in yoga for the acquisition of higher knowledge and an understanding from the inside out. The process of liberation thru vinyasa movements allow obstacles to become opportunities. Jaya has come to learn that each yogi/yogini has a different reason for why they get on their yoga mats. It is with this understanding that he approaches each class with an open heart.

Kerstin Eskeli
was born in Germany and raised in the Philippines before obtaining an education in the U.S.A. Kerstin was initially drawn to yoga’s physical aspect. However, it grew as she merged her previous studies, (a double BA in western psychology and international relations), with yoga's philosophy. A complimentary growth where the West meets the East and all is one. Yoga in Kerstin's life has helped her to overcome obstacles by embracing whatever comes with gratitude. With certification under Sivananda and Sri Dharma Mittra, Kerstin is a hands-on teacher.
Loren Russo
aka Lila Padma, is known for her traditional Indian flare with Sanscrit chanting as she plays the harmonium. Her classes are fast paced and high energy. She is infamous for her strong & dynamic adjustments and the generous individual attention given to each student in her packed classes. Loren’s loving & compassionate heart shines through with this intense yet humorous approach to the practice. Her open-minded teachings will wake you up as a student to the goal of all yoga - God-realization & enlightenment.
Michael Hoffman
is a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and has been teaching yoga and meditation since October 2006. Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan%uFD2 combines asanas, movement, meditation, mantra and pranayam, or breath work, to awaken the dormant kundalini energy in the body, increase flexibility and strength, reduce stress and create peace of mind. Michael’s goal is to foster personal power and transformation through yoga and meditation.
Sensei Donato
spent most of his life training martial arts, like Wing Chun Kung Fu, Capoeira, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Krav Maga and Kyokushin Karate Do. Budokon has enabled him to combine his passions for Martial Arts and Yoga in one sustainable, compassionate, no-violent, non-competitive practice, which has elevated his skills and character. His teaching style is playful and engaging while still keeping students motivated to reach their highest potential, threading different philosophical messages in every class.
