NYFW Diaries: Ludovic de Saint Sernin's New York Debut

Dear Diary, we kicked off NYFW in BOOM with a Parisian friend...
For the first time ever, French designer Ludovic de Saint Sernin graced NYFW with a collection. How better to celebrate his transatlantic debut than with an all-night bash in BOOM at The Standard, High Line? The man of the hour was in attendance alongside friends like Kelela, Patrick Ta, Bretman Rock, Rickey Thompson, Prabal Gurung, Tina Leung, and Honey Balenciaga

Ludovic's showcase (a collaboration with the photographer Robert Mapplethorpe's namesake foundation) earned raves from the fashion press: "
In a time when freedom of all kinds is under attack, when de Saint Sarnin took his own model-like strut around the runway, it felt like a victory lap," wrote WWD.

Guests in BOOM rubbed elbows and swayed to beats by
DJs Juliana Huxtable, X3butterfly, River Moon, Fashion and Katie Rex. Other bold-faced names at the party included Denzel Dion, Aliyah Bah, Aquaria, Gottmik, Sydney Lynn Carlson, Devon Lee Carlson, Pierce Abernathy, Mirage, Miles Greenberg, Drumaq, Deon Hinton, Paige Reifler, Delaney Rowe, Zsela, Xunami Muse, Juliana Huxtable, Luca Mornet, Sarah Lugor, Clara Perlmutter, Griffin Maxwell Brooks, Antoni Bumba, Teddy Quinlivan
