Tell us about your breakfast inspiration! How did you develop your signature dishes for The Standard, Hua Hin?
Not to stick to traditional kinds of breakfast. I'm not a breakfast person and that helps a lot to create something different.

No cocktail—just a glass of Diebolt Vallois Champagne.
