• Must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance.
• Rate is valid for 30 nights minimum, a shortened stay will result in the best available rates being applied.
• The rate is based on nights per month. If the guest spends 15 nights in April and 15 nights in May, the rates will be averaged for the relevant number of nights.
• We required a 14-day deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due upon check in.
• A security deposit of 10% of the total room revenue will be taken upon check in and returned upon check out to cover any damages.
• A weekly settlement of incidental charges required.
