Cuna welcomes Herradura for a pairing dinner shaped around tequila tastings, seasonal cooking, and shared stories of craft.

Join us for a four-course tasting menu by Chef Maycoll Calderón, where Cuna’s vibrant, Mexican-inspired approach to fresh seasonal ingredients meets expressions from Herradura. With more than 151 years of heritage behind every pour, each pairing will be guided by a Herradura ambassador, offering insight into the spirit, the craft, and the story behind each glass.

Seabass ceviche / cucumber, serrano chili, Herradura Tequila, chamomile / paired with Herradura Silver

Roasted asparagus / spring peas, fava beans, cotija emulsion, mint, chervil / paired with Herradura Reposado

Grilled filet mignon / spinach, ramps, scallion, soy caramel sauce / paired with Herradura Añejo

Strawberry rhubarb tart / rhubarb, strawberry tart, vanilla ice cream / paired with Herradura Ultra
