About The Standard Plaza

Our street-level public square features a rotating calendar of public art installations and new, seasonal outdoor dining concepts during the summer months.

Cozy up in the winter months with warm drinks, shared plates, and an exclusive fondue menu, guaranteed to shake off the winter chills.

Visit us this winter to view an art installation by graffitist turned contemporary artist Stephen Powers, better known as ESPO. Powers established his career in the ‘80s and ‘90s as a graffiti artist in Philly and NYC, going by the alias ESPO (Exterior Surface Paint  Outreach). Today you can find his text-based conceptual works frequently emblazoned on the sides of storefronts, large buildings, and gallery walls around the world.
