Guarantee Policy

No deposit is required. All bookings must be made using a valid credit card. Pre-authorization of the credit card for the equivalent of one night is required.

Cancel Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. No prepayment is needed.
