Friday April 26, 6 - 8P with Ruslan Kleytman and Chris Borchetta We will start this workshop with a contact-vinyasa flow and liquid and animal movements kriyas that will warm the body and allow more openness for deeper stretches, then proceed to healing partner stretches. Basic flying sequences and learning selective Thai massage techniques will follow.
