Family Constellations is a therapeutic group process that reveals hidden dynamics within your family system. This half day workshop allows participants to explore personal themes through individual systemic movements and rituals that bring clarity, healing, and resolution. You may sit or stand in a circle. Others may represent your family members. Words may be few, but emotions run deep. What unfolds is often surprising — a powerful shift in perception, a return to belonging, a softening of the heart. This session includes systemic rituals to honor lineage and release entanglements.
