Taking place during the initial phase of property enhancements, this exciting new culinary direction follows the success of a series of soughtafter culinary pop-ups, namely a ramen pop-up, held at Lido this past spring.
A gathering place for friends to share drinks and umami-packed bites, this izakaya residency celebrates a spirit of conviviality through artful shareable dishes that channel the spirit of Japanese cuisine. Reflecting the spa ethos of the property and it’s stunning waterside views, the menu is guided by locally sourced seafood and seasonal produce. Plays on citrus and fermentation are woven throughout the menu, which includes an extensive raw bar, chilled dishes, fried options, a steamed selection and expertly-grilled offerings. Unlike anything in the immediate area, Lido’s izakaya is the ideal destination to enjoy picturesque sunsets, Japanese-inspired plates and drinks.
