Bellperson

Responsibilities: 

·       Welcome and greets guests as they enter and leave the hotel. 

·       Load and unload luggage onto carts and transport them to and from guest rooms promptly.

·       Assisting guest for any luggage storage and retrieval request.

·       Explain and promote hotel facilities, outlets, guest room features and services to guest.

·       Provide information regarding local attractions and activities.

·       Assist guests with transportation needs. Opens car doors for guests.

·       Occasionally runs errands for guests and delivers items to guest rooms.

·       Ensure the lobby and other public areas are clean and organised.

  

Required skills and Qualifications:  

·       Able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects

·       Outstanding customer service skills

·       Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
