Assistant HR Manager / Human Resources Manager

·       Is responsible for recruiting in co-ordination with the relevant Head of Department.

·       Ensures all new employees participate in the relevant Induction Program.

·       Manages employee files for hiring, transferring, promoting, resigning, and all other HR processes.

·       Creates and maintains hotel HR manuals-employee handbook, etc.

·       In familiar with regulations and guidelines issued by Area and corporate and ensure that these guideline are applied accordingly.

·       Prepares local employment agreements

·       Provident Fund Report

·       Salary & Service Charge

·       Human Resources Monthly Report

·       Assists in the preparation of periodic reports for management’s use in accordance with Corporate and government requirements.

·       Maintains and updates manual and computerised employee records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.

·       Co-ordinates the annual review and update of all job descriptions within each department.

·       Administers the payroll personnel procedures which includes starters \leavers, house installment deductions, sickness and holiday accruals, personal loans deductions, cooperative loans other deductions and other final payment calculations.

·       Assists in reviews of Hotel benefits and compensation levels.
