      The Ideal Candidate

      Has 1-3 years of restaurant experience and a thirst to learn.

      Has solid knife skills

      Has a highly developed sense of urgency

      Works well underpressure.

      Has open availability


      MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

      Fine Dining Experience

      NYC Restaurant Experience (1+ Years)

      Able to Stand for 5+ Hours

      Ability to lift/carry/move 50+ lbs; ability to stand upright for extended periods of time, ability to spend extended periods of time bending/twisting/reaching

      Culinary skills (knife skills, food knowledge, food handling & safety etc.)

      Ability to read, write & speak fluent English

      Willingness to learn and adapt

      Ability to follow direction and multi-task


      NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

      Culinary Degree

      ServSafe / Food Handlers Certification
