Job Overview
The Director of Human Resources for The Standard, East Village is a one-person team, responsible for the performance, leadership, and management of all functions of the Human Resources Department, in accordance with federal, state, local, and hotel standards. The Director of Human Resources directs, implements, and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to Hotel staff.

General Manager and dotted line to the VP of People

Human Resources office (located in Hotel administration offices), all FOH and BOH Hotel spaces, as well as spaces designated as hotel-related employee engagement activities offsite (restaurants, bars, event spaces, gymnasiums, etc.)
