Arianne Traverso
has over 5 years experience teaching as a dynamic Ashtanga-Vinyasa and AcroYoga instructor. Arianne focuses on the healing aspects of yoga to unleash the inner monkey. The broad horizon of her experience infuses her classes with fun, laughter and a sense that one can achieve anything. Arianne's expertise in Yoga, Acrobatics and Thai Massage help students to build their own well-balanced understanding of the practice through the use of clear, technical teaching skills, compassionate adjustments and intuitive body awareness.

For most of his life Brad struggled with weight gain. In 2005, daily physical training became a tremendous source of self-fulfillment. Brad shortly after found a new passion, teaching others how to follow the proper road to fitness, while sharing his story of inspiration. Today, Brad models with one of South Beach's top agencies, and spends his days training, and improving the health of many in the community. From struggling through adolescence into adulthood, to modeling and training on the beach, Brad never forgets where he came from. He has made the transformation of a lifetime, and continues to inspire and improve others, one day at a time.

Christy Nones McKenzie

Christy Nones McKenzie
has been a student of yoga since 1988 and teaching since 2000. A classically trained Homeopath and long-time dancer, she is enthusiastic about the healing and therapeutic aspects of the Anusara® yoga method. With an extensive background in spiritual/religious studies and a B.A. in comparative religions she gains profound inspiration from the Tantric philosophy of Anusara® yoga and offers its elegant wisdom in delightfully practical ways. She teaches workshops locally and internationally, furthering her studies by assisting John Friend, founder of Anusara® Yoga, and studying with other top teachers.

Farrah Yaspe

Anusara® Inspired Yoga

Farrah Yaspe
is an Anusara Inspired Yoga teacher who began her yoga practice in 2007, and quickly realized she had found the greatest passion of her life. She began teaching in 2009 with the intention of sharing with others the happiness and joy that yoga brought to her life. Enjoyment of body movement was a constant from youth, and she has found a way of expressing her inner essence through her yoga. She helps students connect to their own inner selves, strengthen their self esteem and improve their lives through the practice of yoga. Armed with a BA in psychology, she has expanded into a holistic approach incorporating yoga to teach her students enhanced methods of emotional and spiritual healing.

Jaya
has been reconnected through the art of yoga and in this, his life has experienced a true awakening. In loving graditude, he honors his gurus who have illuminated the traditions and freedom that have become dynamic tools for his own awareness. Self awareness is key towards understanding faith and transformation. Jaya introduces creative takes on traditional approaches and encourages personal insight into our own direction. His classes are a celebration of life. Jaya pays unique attention to each of his students and their specific wellness needs.

Katie Hotia

Katie Hotia
became interested in fitness at a young age, when she began training in gymnastics and dance at age 4. This early experience led her to become an IMX (Integrated Movement Exercise) certified Pilates Instructor in 2008. In 2010, Katie also became certified in SPX fitness: a fusion of Pilates style movement, strength training and cardiovascular exercise.

Mateo Lizarazo

Mateo Lizarazo
Chakra Flow and Vinyasa-Inspired yoga teacher & RYT 200, Mateo Lizarazo currently resides in Miami Beach, teaching at venues all around the Miami area. Deeply rooted in the eastern folk and culture, his primary inspirations include teachers of the Jivamukti and Ashtanga tradition. His love and studies in music, dance and devotional chanting also influence his teachings. His classes are celebration of life, kindness and self-acceptance.

Jason Mastrian

Jason Mastrian
earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist with over 14 years experience. As a movement artist and professional teacher he combines his hands on skills with practical knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, breath work and mind-body mechanics inspiring thousands of students of all ages and levels. He currently teaches a variety of mind-body based movement classes, workshops, and yoga teacher trainings in South Florida and is one of the first Budokon® Academy Professional Teachers on the east coast.

Philip Gray

Philip Gray
Originally from Plymouth, England celebrity personal trainer and fitness professional Philip Gray moved to Miami Beach 16 years ago after working in Milan as a fashion designer for ten years. His passion for fitness started in his mid twenties where he became the Italian national sportaerobic champion and World class athlete collaborating with new, exciting programs for Nike and Reebok. Philip has worked as group fitness manager for Equinox for four years and has won many awards including best selling fitness DVD series and 'Fitness Instructor of the Year' for Crunch. Philip also has his own fitness line of active wear and is about to star in his own reality show about his life as a celebrity trainer and fashion designer.
