Saturday Night Sound Bash

This Saturday Night Sound Bash will explore the full spectrum of vibrational Sound Healing by cultivating both the Yin & Yang aspects of sound & movement. It will begin with an interactive movement and Tai Chi session coupled with hand percussion that will slowly build and vibrate into a howling, high energy movement and dance shake down lead by the 3rd Street SandBand Drum Ensemble. From here the room will begin a deep dive into relaxation as Jared combines the powerful vibrations of the Didgeridoo with Crystal Bowls and Gongs to create a profound meditative and vibrational experience that will cleanse and resonate deep within the body.
