H2-OM: Healing Transformation: Therapeutic Partner Yoga

We will be guiding everyone through a mix of ancient body healing and therapeutical flying. Experience a spiritual commitment of working with “loving kindness” through dynamic and passive stretches and mobilizing of the joints. Therapeutical flying is a practice where the body benefits from weightless, inverted and restorative poses. For this fun social H2-Om we will partner up and fly, come with a friend and friends, or come solo and we pair up for practice.
