The rhythm of life is an intricate dance of cycles: day to night, changes of season, new moon to full moon. Join us under the Full Moon, an ideal moment for centering ourselves. We will practice the Vortex of Energy meditation to balance the 5 elements in our lives: air (beliefs), fire (behaviors), water (emotions), earth (physical body) and ether (spirit). We will seal our practice with a moment of sound healing, followed by a nurturing celebration in the hamam + spa.
