Top 5 Hangover Cures from The Spa

Day 4, the final day of Art Basel and that means that you're probably feeling like the folks in the beginning of this video. Well we're here to help! We asked our spa team for their best hangover advice, so if you manage to get out of bed, follow these simple steps to feeling alive again:

1.Take a cold wet cloth, drop some peppermint oil on it, and press it on your eyes for 10-15 minutes.

2.Drink some ginger tea to ease the dizziness.

3.Jump in the cold plunge, then the pool, then the hot tub -- do this at least 3 times (if you're not at The Standard, then just change the temperature in the shower). This is an invigorating ancient hydrotherapy exercise that stimulates circulation, relieves inflammation and detoxifies pores.
