New York's Toughest Food Critics Rate the Standard's Pizza

I'll never forget my first slice of pizza: I was 6-years-old, on vacation with my family in a small town just outside Naples. I tried to order a martini from the waiter, but my father interrupted and ordered me an aranciata instead. I didn't mind. I knew my time would come.

Now, I have my own pizzeria for the season at The Standard, High Line, and people are loving it. But like they say, if you want the real truth, ask a drunk or a child.
