Aussie-born, Brooklyn-based artist Jeremyville will be everywhere you look at The Standard, with artworks across the property, a whimsical pop-up of goodies, and a fully immersive experience at our lazy Sunday BBQ. The forward-thinking jazz ensemble Onyx Collective is tuning up. And, of course, the hamam is heaven and The Spa is ready to keep your Basel anxieties at bay.
The fair officially runs from Thursday, Dec. 1st to Sunday, Dec. 4th, 2016, but we were too excited to wait that long. Last night, we kicked off Basel by bringing LA's Mama Gallery and Alma at The Standard to Miami for a sunset supper in celebration of Jordan Sullivan's forthcoming exhibition The Divine Nothing.
Here's the full rundown of all of our Art Basel '16 happenings.
Jeremyville's Pop-up Shop,From now until Sunday, stop by our exclusive Jeremyville pop-up shop, and while you're there, peek the artist's re-design of our 24/7 Juice Café. Raymundo Diaz, Jeremyville's special character just for Basel at The Standard, will appear on various collectible items throughout the property. Come find them all.

Maison Francis Kurkdjian for The StandardIn collaboration with renowned French perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, we’ve crafted an exclusive set of candles inspired by the cities we call home: NY, LA and MIA. For the candle based on your Basel home-base, Francis imagined a fragrance evoking colorful and fruity roses, and the lush life in a tropical city. Officially available December 7, and available for pre-sale online.
